Shipping & Returns
All of my work is meticulously packaged and shipped. I have not had a piece break in transit in the last 18 years. I ship all work via USPS. Pieces valued at $5,000 and under are insured through USPS, and work over $5,000 is insured through third-party coverage. Shipping costs are added at checkout and include packaging, insurance, and postage. In rare cases where shipping costs are significantly higher than expected (for example, remote or international destinations), I may contact you prior to shipment to arrange for additional shipping costs. All shipments are tracked. I am not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by international shipments.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging.
Gift wrapping is available for all purchases for an additional cost. “Giftwrap” is offered as an item available for purchase alongside the pottery. For pieces 6” or smaller, my gift wrapping will be of a quality similar to the pictured example, though materials may vary slightly based on availability. My gift wrap setup is best suited for smaller pieces (such as bowls and vases with a maximum dimension of 6”).
I can wrap larger pieces, but the presentation will be simpler. These pieces may be packaged in a cardboard box rather than a gift box, with plain paper wrapping (currently blue) and a bow. While I take care with all gift wrapping, the quality for larger pieces is not the same as for smaller items, and I recommend wrapping them upon arrival or using a local gift-wrapping service if presentation is especially important.
Please include a message at checkout if you would like me to add a note to your gift.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me prior to returning a piece. Items must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging and returned fully insured and tracked. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
I issue refunds for the purchase price only (excluding original packaging, shipping, insurance, and gift wrap costs) once the piece arrives safely back to my studio in its original, undamaged condition.
